Hi my name is Mikayla and welcome to my blog for Edci 335!

I am twenty years old and just finished my third year of my sociology degree here at UVic. I am taking this course as part of my education minor, as after I finish my undergrad I plan to do the PDPP to become an elementary school teacher. I am passionate about having the opportunity to profoundly impact young children not only in terms of cognitive development but also with the tools that will enable students to lead their lives in a positive way.

I look forward to learning new skills and methods in this course that I will be able to implement in my own classroom one day.
